The Ohio Association of Election Officials is a bipartisan organization representing Ohio’s 88 county boards of elections and their staff members. Its mission is to promote fair, accurate and reliable elections through the education of its members, advocating for sound election policies, and communicating accurate information regarding the administration of elections.

Dear Vendors,
Due to overwhelming demand, we are sold out of our current higher-tier sponsorships. However, we know that many of you would still like to participate, so we are adding the additional sponsorship opportunities if you are still interested:
Base Sponsorship Plus ($1750): This level accrues all benefits of the base sponsorship but allows vendors who need more space to have two tables.
Additional sponsorships: If you are interested in sponsoring conference at a higher level, please contact Carla or Mollie and we will work with you on a custom package to meet your needs.

Registration is due by December 8, 2025 in order to guarantee all opportunities afforded to you as a part of your selected Sponsorship Package.

In 2026, to allow versatility and choice to our vendors, meals are not included in the above Sponsorship Packages. For those sponsors that wish for their attending representatives to take part in the meal service offered at the Conference, you may purchase the complete meal plan for $265.00 per attendee. This is completely optional and at your discretion.

While we are happy to offer this to you, we appreciate your consideration of paying by check to ensure that your contribution is maximized in the mission of the Ohio Association of Election Officials.
