Director of Elections - Auglaize County

The Auglaize County Board of Elections is currently accepting applications for the position of Director of Elections.

The applicant must be a registered Republican and reside in Auglaize County or be willing to relocate. The application deadline is August 6, 2025, by 4:00 PM.

Applicants must have a baseline understanding of the rules, processes, procedures, and equipment used in local election administration.

Minimum qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalency (college education preferred)

• Proficient computer skills

• Experience and ability to manage day-to-day operations

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to perform in a professional manner under stressful or emergency conditions

• Successfully complete criminal background check
