Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience & Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with budgeting and public fund appropriation

• Ability to comprehend and interpret a variety of documents

• Professional and courteous demeanor at all times

• Strong computer skills

• Willingness and availability to work extended hours as needed

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Noble County

• Must be a registered voter and member of the Democratic Party

• Must pass a criminal background check
